Ingredients
- 22 ritz crackers
- 1 cup less 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup pecans
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Roll crackers until fine. - add 1/2 cup sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar (rest of it) to egg whites. Beat Fold in 1st mixture, put in well-buttered pie pan. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool Serve with whipped cream.
