Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1-2 fresh tomatoes, diced with juice
- 1-3 tbsp lemon
- 1/4-1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 avocadoes, peeled and diced
- garlic
- 1-3 tbsp lime
- 1/2-1 tsp salt
- 1 small can corn (optional)
Directions
Combine all prepared ingredients except for avocado. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Prepare avocado and stir all ingredients together. Serve immediately.
