Ingredients
- ~1 pound potatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Fry potatoes, green pepper, and onion. Add the rest. Serve light brown.
