Ingredients
- 8 cups flour
- 1 package yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups warm milk
Directions
Add yeast to water, then honey and 1 cup flour. Let stand 10 minutes. Blend in remaining flour (7cups) Knead Let stand 1 hour (until double in size) Knead again and put in pans heavily greased with butter. Cover - stand 1 hour. Bake: 20 minutes at 400 degrees 30 minutes at 350 degrees Remove from oven and butter the crusts. This bread comes out light and beautiful.
