Commenthoney! Lower oven temp. when cooking with honey.

Ingredients

Directions

1 cup white sugar = 3/4 cup honey;reduce liquid in recipe by 1/4 cup.

If no liquid in recipe, add 4 tablespoons extra flour or equivalent.
For soft cookies don't add flour; for crisp cookies add the flour.

Honey syrups:

2 cups honey to 3 3/4 cups water for - sour cherries, plums, apples, strawberries.

1 cup honey to 2 cups water - for pineapples, raspberries, peaches, sweet cherries, blueberries.

Preserves: do as is.
Jelly: each cup fruit add 3/4 cup honey.
