Ingredients
- 2 pounds 3/4 inch round steak
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1/2 small chopped green pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire
Directions
Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of meat. Pound the meat with a mallet. Cut in reasonable serving size pieces. Brown meat in hot oil on both sides over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Arrange 2 layers of steaks, then onion slices and combined vegetables and worchestershire sauce in cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 5 to 6 hours. Makes 6 servings.
