Directions

Beat eggs. add remaining ingredients (except fruit and 1 tablespoon sugar). Mix well. Cover bottom of 13 x 9 pan with drained fruit, sprinkle with tablespoon of sugar. Drop batter by spoonsful evenly over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min.
