CommentThis salad is very good, but it is only really good when it is fresh.

Saute the kale, mushroons, ginger, and onion in the canola oil until the kale is just cooked (turns color). While these ingredients are sauteing, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the hot kale to the rice mixture. Eat immediately. This salad must be eaten fresh for best flavor.
