Make the sauce first, since it takes more time
--MAKING THE SAUCE--
1. Start by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add some roughly cut garlic and diced onions, and saute for one minute. Add some red pepper flakes and let those cook for about 10-15 seconds.
2. Add the tomatoes. stir in and lightly break up the tomatoes. add some dry oregano, stir to combine and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
3. add sauce to a blender and puree for about 10-15 seconds


--MAKING THE DOUGH--
1. Combine the water, sugar/honey, and yeast into a glass measuring cup. whisk them together to combine
2. while the yeast is proofing for 3-4 minutes, combine the flour (both of them), baking powder, salt and psyllium husk powder in the bowl of a stand mixer
3. with the mixer running on low, slowly add the yeast mixture and oil, increase the speed to medium-high and beat for 3-4 minutes
4. using an oiled spatula, press the dough off the sides into a ball, Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. The dough should resemble a thick batter when its all done

--PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER--

1. Preheat the oven to 425˚F Oil a 12-inch round pizza pan. Using oiled or wet hands, press the dough into the pan. the dough will shrink slightly as it bakes, so press the dough as thin as you can to cover the pan. Let rise for another 10 minutes.

2. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and add your sauce. Grate the cheese and put it on as well. Add your desired toppings. Bake for another 10-15 minutes depending on the toppings.

3. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing

4. Enjoy your tasty pizza :)
