Ingredients
2 teaspoons ground dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
2 Tablespoons ground dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
2 teaspoons ground dried savory
2 teaspoons ground dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon ground dried marjoram leaves
1 tablespoon sumac
1/2 cup sesame seeds
zest of 2 lemons minces very fine
Directions
Toss all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for several weeks.
