Quick and Dirty German Potato Salad

Ingredients

2 lbs yellow potatoes, peel on, diced
8 strips bacon
dill weed to taste
salt
pepper
seasoned rice vinegar, about half a cup maybe?

Directions

Cook the bacon in a pan in the oven until crispy. While it's baking, boil the potatoes in heavily salted water until tender, and drain and place in a big bowl.

Pour the bacon grease into the potatoes. Chop the bacon and to the potatoes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

DISCLAIMER: I only vaguely recall how I made this, but everybody said it was amazing.
