Ingredients
- 1 27 oz. can sauerkraut, well-drained
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 12 oz. can corned beef, cubed
- 1/2 pound shredded swiss cheese
- 4-6 slices dark rye bread, toasted
Directions
Serves 4-6 Mix everything together except the cheese. Spoon it all into a good size baking dish - a 9" square pan is too small. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake at 425 degrees, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
