Ingredients
- 2-3 cups=1 pound lentils
- 2 quarts water
- 1 beef or ham bone
- 2 medium diced onions
- 2 medium diced carrots
- 1/2 stalk diced celery
- 1 medium peeled, grated potato
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
