Ingredients
1 pound soft tofu, drained
1 cup sugar
1 cup plain soy milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
Directions
To make this recipe seem more like the old homemade chocolate ice cream standby, substitute part of the sugar with honey.
