Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup butter (optional)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 8 ounce or
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- parsley
Directions
Cook ground beef and drain fat. Saute onion and garlic next to meat. Stir in flour, salt, papper, and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes Stir in sour cream and heat through Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice or poppy seed noodles. Everybody always likes this.
