Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Directions
Makes 2 dozen. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan, cook and stir until the butter melts. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour int greased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min. Cool, and cut into bars.
