Spaghetti:Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water with a dollop of oil until done but not gushy - al dente.
Sauce: Fry a pound of meat and pour or suck off the fat. Add a chopped onion and fry until soft. Add a jar of great sauce and serve with a good fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese and everyone will think you made the sauce homemade.
