Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pineapple plus juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons pectin

Directions
Bring fruit, juice, honey, and lemon juice to boil. Add pectin, stirring all in at once. Boil hard 8-10 minutes. Use silver spoon in jelly jar.
