Ingredients
3 cups cooked wild rice
1 cup medium white sauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can drained or fresh asparagus
(broccoli may be substituted)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon, browned and chopped
Directions
Combine white sauce, onion and sour cream. Place Wild Rice on bottom of casserole dish, lay asparagus spears on top and pour sauce over all, then top with cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees.
