Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dark toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot chili oil
- 2 ounces sesame or peanut butter
- 6 2/3 ounces soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Directions
This is cold peanut sauce for noodles Process in a food processor and add hot water if it is too thick. Sauce will keep for months This is for 1 pound of noodles. I made this and it has so much soy sauce comopared to the amount of peanut butter. I think the flavor is wonderful but cut way back on the soy sauce. To rescue it I added about three times the amount of peanut butter as the recipe called for. This is really more like a dipping sauce than a thick peanut suace.
