Ingredients
- 1 cup cut up onions
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1 pint boullion or meat stock
- 2 tablespoons flour in some water
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Directions
Saute onions, then add mushrooms. Add boullion, and simmer 10 min. Add remaining ingredients, and cook until thickened.
