Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 juiced lemon
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- pepper
- 2 pounds salmon steaks
- minced parsley (optional)
Directions
In a shallow close-fitting baking pan, melt the butter and then add the lemon juice, Worchestershire, salt, paprika, and pepper. Coat the salmon in the butter and place the steaks side by side.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes; turn fish over and spoon some of the butter on top. Bake about 15 minutes more, or until fish flakes with a fork and no longer is translucent in the center. Serve sprinkled with parsley, if you like.
This could probably be adapted to doing on the grill by marinating for a bit in the mixture and then basting with it as it cooks.
