Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lb sweet potatoes
- large bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup toasted nuts (optional)

- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1-1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- pepper

Directions
Peel sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices, and cook.
Steam broccoli, rince in cold water, drain, then set aside.
Mix up marinade.
Put potatoes in marinade, let sit.
Mix in broccoli when ready to eat, along with nuts if desired.
