Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 1 can tomato soup, condensed
- 1 soup can water
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 8 ounce package spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Directions
Combine beef, onion and green pepper in skillet. Stir and cook to lightly brown meat. Add soups. water, tomato sauce, salt and garlic, Heat. Meanwhile, cook spaaghetti by package directions; drain. Blend 1/2 cup cheese and spaghetti into soup mixture. Turn into greased 3 quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes until bubbling in center. Goes with: rancho beans, coleslaw, tomatoes and pickles, bread and butter, fruit and fudge or brownies and ice cream.
