- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cocoa

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup cold water
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and sift 3 times, then sift a 4th time into an ungreased 8 x8 x 2" baking pan.
