Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
Serves 16-24 . In a small mixing bowl, stir together milk, lemon juice and rind, until thick and smooth. Set aside. Mix together crumbs, sugar and butter. Place 2/3 mixture in 8 " square dish and press firmly into bottom. Add milk mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over top. Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn after 4 milnutes. Cut in small squares. Makes 16 - 24 cookies.
