Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 cups warm milk
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 7 cups flour
- 1/4 cup soy flour
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup yeast
Directions
Mix yeast, honey and water - stand 45 minutes. Add milk, salt, oil Mix in flours, milk powder, wheat germ and yeast knead Cover, rise 1 hour Punch down, place covered on floured board for 15 minutes. Shape into loaves, rise 1 hour. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Butter crusts.
