Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2/3 cup ww pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Makes 16 brownies !. Cream butter with honey and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt, vanilla and coriander. Mix the carob powder with the oil and beat into butter mixtrue. 2. Sift flour with baking powder and stir into carob mixture, Stir in nuts. Spread batter in a 9" square pan lined with wax paper. Ba,e 30 minutes. 3. Cool in pan and cut into squares while still warm.
