Pat, don't roll, the biscuit dough into an oval or loaf-shaped casserole so that it forms a lining, letting some hang over the sides. It should be rather thick, say 1/2 to 3/4 " . Put turkey and broken-up cranberry sauce in the dough, fold dough over the top, and pinch together. Bake in a 400 degree oven 25-30 minutes. or until dough is cooked through and lightly browned. You can make this serve more by stretching the biscuit a little thinner and adding another cup of chopped turkey or chicken and some more cranberry.
