1 cup butter = 2/3 cup oil

1 teaspoon salt = 1 teaspoon kelp

1 ounce bitter chocolate = 3 Tablespoons carob powder + 1 tablespoon milk (water) + 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 tablespoons cocoa = 4 tablespoons carob powder + 1 tablespoon oil
