Ingredients
5 cups cooked, drained, seasoned soybeans
1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 + cloves crushed garlic
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
3 cups steamed millet
1 1/2 cups toasted rolled oats
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
1/2 grated carrot
1 stalk celery chopped fine
Directions
iMx the spices together separately and mix into the whole shebang. Form into patties and fry in a little oil or butter. This makes a lot - it's the sort of thing you could freeze a hoard of for later.
