Bring fruit to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 - 15 minutes, until tender. Rub fruit through fine sieve. Star in honey and bring to boil. Stir in starch and cook 2 - 3" stirring constantly until thickened. Cool to lukewarm and pour into dishes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
