Ingredients
- 3 cups pitted tart cherries (2 303 cans)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour

- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Serves 6-8 Mix flour and sugar. Add cherries and juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into 8" square pan. Combine all the topping ingredients in bowl. Stir gently with fork till blended. Spread over hot cherry mixture. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes Serves 6-8.
