Mince the ham in a food processor (or meat grinder.) Add the mustard, butter, honey and cloves. Stir in the minced onion and the sweet pickle. Add pepper to taste.

This is a great way to use up left over ham. It is wonderful in sandwiches and is mighty tasty plain. It is particularly good with a strong honey like buckwheat.
