Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon lime juice
7 ounces coconut milk
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup dried coconut (sweetened or unsweetened
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Devour with corn chips.
