Ingredients
- 1 crust
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups pumpkin
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk

Directions
This makes a large 9 1/2" pie maybe even a 10" pie. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pie in pie crust. Cook 15 inutes at 425 degrees. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees or more until done.
