Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour

- 2 cups uncooked rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Add and mix in the first four ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix Fold in the rhubarb Mix and sprinkle on the top; the sugar, cinnnamon and butter Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
