Directions
Remove ends of zucchini, and slice 1/8 inch thick. Steam until slightly crunchy. Melt butter and stir into flour until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Blend. Cook 5 minutes. Put drained zucchini into greased casserole and cover with tomato mixture. from which cloves have been removed. Top with croutons and Parmesan cheese if you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
