Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 egg
- couple tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 grated carrot
- some grated cheese
- assorted spices, salt
- 1 chopped onion
Directions
Mix altogether and cook 45 - 1 hour at 375 degrees or microwave at 185 degrees on temp cook. This recipe card says 175 degrees, but I'm pretty sure it's 185.
