Soak chicken in salt water over an hour,( 1 Tablespoon - I think it says) Drain and wipe off. Mix: salad dressing mix, flour, salt, and lemon juice Coat chicken. Stack in bowl and refrigerate for several hours, (can coat w/milk - optional) Combine pancake mix, paprika, sage Dip chicken in this mix. Melt butter in large shallow pan Put skin side down, then turn after 1/2 hour. Bake uncovered 40 - 60 minutes at 375 degrees.
