Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 3/4 cup shortening
Directions
Makes 2 loaves Sift the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
