1 cup sliced or chopped nuts: almonds, walnuts, etc.
3/4-1 cup sesame seeds
3/4-1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup honey
1/4-1/3 cup oil or whatever you can get away with. 1/2 cup is too much.
1 tablespoon water
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. In a measuring cup mix the honey, oil and water together. Add to the large bowl and mix well. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees until light brown. It is best if the cookie sheet has sides - a jellyroll type pan, so the mix doesn't go over the edges. Turn with a spatula several times to brown evenly. There is no way to do this without spilling it unless you have some secret method. After the mixture has cooked and cooled, add raisins, craisins, chopped dates and/or apricots - your choice. Any kind of dried fruit is ok.
