Ingredients
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1/2 green pepper, slivered
- 1-2 celery stalks, sliced
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1/2-1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 breasts chicken, cut in small pieces
- 1/2-1 cup raw mushrooms
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Put the bean sprouts in a bag with ice and chill 2 hours Mix the dressing through the salad Arrange in lettuce lined bowl. Sprinkle some almonds over the top. Usually with a bean sprout salad you quickly blanch the sprouts before using. This recipe doesn't. I wonder.
