Ingredients
1 large egg
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil
Directions
Use blunt side of blade.
Add all ingredients except the oil.
Mix on HI for 15 seconds.
With machine on HI, add oil slowly (2 minutes total)
Run for 1 minutes, check and then run 2nd minute.
Makes 1 cup.
