Ingredients
- 2 large raw potatoes
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 4 cups water
Directions
Heat water to boiling point. Mix flour and bran in pan and simmer 2-3 minutes Place fine shredder over pan and quickly shred potatoes into pan. Stir vigorously and lift from stove. Let stand a few minutes - serve hot with milk, butter or cream, sprinkle wheat germ on the top.
