Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. can pork-ham luncheon meat
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated American cheese
- 1 11 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
Directions
Cook onion and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour. Top with rings of green pepper. 6-8 servings
