Ingredients
- 1-4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2+ cup baking mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1+ teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 pounds cut up frying chicken
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan until melted. Mix baking mix, salt, paprika and pepper, parsley, thyme. Coat chicken. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in pan. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven 35 minutes. Turn chicken, bake uncovered until done. about 15 minutes.
