Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 3/8 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (optional)
Directions
Soak the gelatin in the cold water. Dissolve it in the boiling water Add and stir until dissolve the honey and salt Add lemon juice and optional lemon rind Pour into wet mold Chill 4 hours or until set.
