Ingredients
- 2 pounds leanbeef, cut in 1 1/2"pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 1 pound can tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream

Directions
Put meat, onion and garlic in cooker. Combine salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika; sprinkle over meat, Add 1/2 cup water and all remaining ingredients except sour cream, Stir well. Cover and cook on Low 8 - 10 hours. Stir in sour cream 1/2 hour before serving. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Makes 6 servings. Note: Vegetables can be cooked with the goulash - cubes of potatoes, carrot chunks, green beans and /or small onions.
