Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup or tomatoes
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup potatoes,diced
Directions
Heat pan, melt fat, add meat. Brown slightly. Add the rest of ingredients and let simmer for 1 hour.
